Are you a leader of leaders? Are you making some changes?

Hi!  Happy summertime!

I am excited to start blog posts again, to talk with you, and to share ideas and resources.

Are you like many of my clients… a successful leader of leaders, who is ready to make some changes?   I would love to hear about the changes and challenges and opportunities that you are seeing now!

Several of my clients are mid-level leaders who are making big professional changes now.  Some are staying in their organizations and…

  •     starting a new job
  •     leading a new project or a new team
  •     managing after a merger or acquisition
  •     developing new skills
  •     developing new revenue streams

Several other clients are planning their exit strategies, so that they can eventually leave their jobs with style and grace.  Their plans include…

  •     moving to a new company
  •     making a career change
  •     starting a their own business
  •     planning for retirement
  •     leaving a job that no longer fits them
  •     shifting to part-time, home-based work

Changes like these are very exciting!  What changes, challenges and opportunities are you seeing now in your own life?

Coaching Question:  What changes are you making now (or want to make)?  What info or resources would help you most in making these changes successfully?  Please post here on the blog and let me know, okay? I will keep my eyes and ears open for things I can share with you in future blog posts to help you make those changes.

Some exciting changes are happening for me, too. My business is evolving in some great new directions. I am eager to fill you in.

So, I invite you to stay tuned…I will be sharing this with you in future blog posts and Cardinal Success Tips.

Have a great week!

~Leslie

I graduated 1 year ago with my BAAS degree, and have yet to receive any increase in position, or pay with my current employer. I am 34 years old, married, and have 2 children. I have been with my current employer for more than 11 years, and am making less than $50,000 annualy. I have posted on monster and the responses I have received are not even worth my time to interview. I applied for an internal posting, but have not received an interview as of yet. I am ready to move on, but cannot afford to take a pay cut at this point. I have a new boss who I am learning volumes from. This alone is worth staying for, however, I need to increase my earning power.

    Any suggestions?

    John

    Hi John O’Larnic,
I have read your letter and I have a suggestion. If you could find a product that you know every one needs and it would help people to be healthier and therefore happier… and you would be getting paid for sharing this information with other people, would that be of interest to you?
Would an extra $500 to $1000 or more per month income help you?
If your answer is yes, contact me and I show you how! No start up capital needed, not product inventory, no deliveries and no collecting of money. Just show and tell.
